I run a real company.
I built an AI backbone for it.
14 years running Ratouli Foods out of my head. 60 days building the operational backbone I wish I’d had. Now I help other founders do the same.
What I do
Operate
Run multiple businesses
Ratouli Foods is the anchor. 14 years of food processing for the West-African and Surinamese diaspora in Europe. Alongside it I ship websites, build custom software, and coach executives on putting AI to work.
Build
Build with AI
Persistent agents, Mission Control dashboards, operational systems that read live data and act. Not demos. Not chatbots. Backbones.
Help
Get founders out of their head
Solo operators run on brain plus WhatsApp plus Excel. I help them move the company into a system that thinks with them.
Case study / Ratouli Foods
From 14 years in my head
to an AI co-pilot in 60 days.
Before
Everything lived in my head. Prices, suppliers, staff schedules, compliance, clients. No backup brain. No one to hand over to. Classic solo-operator trap.
Experiment
February 2026. I started building Craby, an AI co-pilot on top of OpenClaw. Sixty days of ugly, iterative work. Plugged it into real data, real accounts, real problems.
Now
- • Monitors 8 inboxes, routes what matters.
- • Reads the ERP live through a custom API.
- • Writes meeting summaries from Fireflies.
- • Tracks staff, tasks, and 10 departments.
- • Runs a Mission Control dashboard I actually open.
- • Pings me proactively through the day, not on request.

Honest note. It is still hard. Still messy in places. But it works, and every week it gets sharper. The point was never a demo. The point was to run a company with it.
Thesis
Most small businesses run
on the owner’s brain.
There are 30 million small businesses in Europe. Most of them run on the founder’s brain, a WhatsApp thread, and an Excel file that only one person understands.
No COO. No CTO. No operational backbone. No second opinion at 2am when a supplier emails something strange.
Notion, Monday, Asana. Empty frameworks. They store information, they do not think. The owner is still the glue.
LLMs, persistent agents, and long context windows finally make a different shape possible. A system that holds the business with you, not just next to you.
Someone who lived the problem needs to build the solution. Most of this gets built by people who have never run payroll on a Friday.
I lived it for 14 years. Now I am building the thing I wish existed when I started.
Who I am
A builder who ships the operational layer, not the pitch deck.
- Moroccan-Dutch. 37. Based in the Netherlands.
- 14 years building Ratouli Foods. West-African and Surinamese diaspora markets across Europe.
- Splits the year between the Netherlands and Thailand.
- Went from zero to a 100kg squat in a year. Treats the body like infrastructure.
- Values: autonomy, truth, mastery, embodied presence.
